1 Using Our Services
Plan A Play offers a service that enables parents and legal guardians (collectively "Parents") to create and manage activity profiles and preferences for their children under 13 years old. Parents must provide verified consent during registration to create an account about their child.
2 Optional Profile Information
Parents may choose to give additional details about their child, such as a nickname, birth year, gender, interests and hobbies. This is optional information that helps customize and improve content suggestions and recommendations relevant to their child's preferences. We request Parents only share what they are comfortable providing.
3 Parental Responsibilities
Parents are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents to submit information about their minor children to Plan A Play. Parents must have and maintain the legal authority to act on behalf of their child. By using our services, you affirm this authority to register, access data and control your child's profile.
4 Respecting Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding details on what data we collect about children, how we use it, and parental rights under COPPA. We take children's privacy seriously and put Parents in control.
5 Communications Preferences
We may occasionally contact Parents about service updates, events or new features that may interest their child based on provided preferences. You can customize communication options in account settings.
6 Violations of Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we have reason to believe these terms have been violated. This includes notice of disputed legal authority over the control and data access of a child's profile.
7 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable federal and state laws. All disputes not settled amicably shall be under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
