Privacy Policy

Your family's privacy matters to us

Plan A Play enables parents to create and manage profiles for their children under 13 years old to save interests and preferences. Children do not login or access our website directly. Parents provide all registration details and may optionally submit additional profile information about their children such as favorites and hobbies to enhance custom content suggestions.

Information We Collect from Parents About Children

During registration, parents give verified consent to create an account about their child. Parents may optionally provide additional details like their child's nickname, gender, year of birth, grade level, interests and favorites. We only collect more specific profile data if parents voluntarily choose to supply such information.

How We Use Profile Details

Any optional profile data parents provide is used solely to improve our content recommendations, suggest age-appropriate resources personalized to the child's hobbies and preferences, and allow parents to customize settings. We do not use supplied information for advertising or external marketing efforts.

Parental Access and Control

As stated under COPPA rules, parents have complete access to view, update or delete data shared about their children at any time. They fully control their child's profile and can modify preferences through their account dashboard and settings.

COPPA Compliance

Plan A Play is committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All information is provided by and controlled by parents or legal guardians.
